This is a very comprehensive Zen book, worthy of being read repeatedly by all scholars studying meditation. For meditators, this book is more valuable than any treasure of gold and silver. When I discovered this book and read it, my heart was filled with emotion and joy. I have meticulously reorganized it with the utmost care, hoping to provide all meditators with a better reading experience, to comprehend the essence of Zen, and to achieve a deeper understanding in meditation. I am also very grateful to the author for leaving us with such a valuable spiritual treasure trove. This is a book that all meditators should possess.

The book contains the daily practices of monks, including prayers, vows, repentance texts, Buddhist mantras, and more. It records several important scriptures spoken by the Buddha, including the Universal Gate Chapter of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, the Diamond Sutra, the Lankavatara Sutra, the Lankavatara Sutra, and other significant content.

Zen was transmitted from Bodhidharma to China. This book summarizes the classic works of Chinese Zen masters and the teachings of renowned Japanese Zen masters.

Works by famous Chinese Zen masters include Bodhidharma's Treatise on Entering the Path, the Third Patriarch Sengcan's "Xinxin Ming" (Verses on the Faith-Mind), the Sixth Patriarch Huineng's "Platform Sutra," Yongjia Master's "Song of Enlightenment," Masters Mazu Daoyi and Shitou Xiqian, the Huangbo Master's "Essentials of the Transmission of Mind," and "Gensha on the Three Invalids" (from the Hekiganshu or Blue Cliff Record), the Oxherding Pictures.

Works by famous Japanese Zen masters include Daio Kokushi on Zen, Daio Kokushi's Admonition, Daito Kokushi's Admonition and Last Poem, Kwanzan Kokushi's Admonition, Muso Kokushi's Admonition, and Hakuin's "Song of Meditation."

I hope this book on meditation can bring everyone more inspiration and enlightenment, and I also hope that everyone can realize the Buddha nature soon and see our true nature clearly.
